丹田降脂丸对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹田降脂丸对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血脂、脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取广东省东莞市企石医院冠心病合并2型糖尿病入院患者50例,随机分为常规治疗组、观察治疗组,每组各25例,另选健康对照组25例;治疗3个月,治疗前后抽取静脉血检测上述指标。结果冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者LDL-C、LP-PLA2及hs-CRP水平均明显高于健康组,治疗后两治疗组LDL-C均下降到健康组水平,LP-PLA2及hs-CRP均明显降低,其中以观察治疗组下降最为显著(P<0.05),但均尚未下降到健康组水平。结论 LDL-C、LP-PLA2及hs-CRP可作为缺血性心脑血管疾病的独立炎症标志物在临床上推广联合检测;在常规治疗基础上加用丹田降脂丸可以显著改善冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血脂、LP-PLA2及hs-CRP水平,可减少发生急性心脑血管缺血性事件的风险。Objective To explore the effect of Dantian Jiangzhi Pills on LDL- C 、LP- PLA2 and hs- CRP in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods 50 patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the routine treatment group and the observation group,25 case in each group,and chose additional 25 case in healthy control group. Treatment for 3 months,venous blood was sampled before and after treatment to detect the index mentioned above. Results Coronary heart disease complicated and type 2 diabetic patients with LDL- C,LP- PLA2 and hs- CRP levels were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. After treatment in the two treatment groups LDL- C were dropped to the level of the healthy group,LP-PLA2 and hs- CRP were significantly decreased,and the observation group were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,but it had not decrease to the level of the healthy group. Conclusion LDL- C、LP- PLA2 and hs- CRP could be used as independent inflammatory markers of ischemic cardio cerebral vascular disease and combined detection in clinic. On the basis of conventional therapy,adding Dantian Jiangzhi pills could significantly improve levels of serum lipids,LP- PLA2 and hs- CRP in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2diabetes mellitus patients,and thereby could reduce the risk of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
