酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合黄体酮注射液治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合黄体酮注射液治疗肾绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法选择连云港市中医院2013-04—2015-04间就诊的67例肾绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组34例和对照组33例。治疗组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合黄体酮肌注,对照组给予酒石酸布托啡诺肌注联合盐酸屈他维林静滴。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者治疗前后疼痛情况进行评分,观察两组的临床疗效,记录两组不良反应发生例数。结果两组就诊时VAS评分、治疗后2 h VAS评分及总有效率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后30 min VAS评分及药物镇痛起效时间治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合黄体酮治疗泌尿系结石导致的肾绞痛,疗效确切,不良反应少,改善临床症状迅速,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with progesterone injection in treating renal colic. Methods 67 cases of renal colic patients were selected as observation objects from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital,and randomly divided into treatment group of 34 cases and control group of 33 cases. The treatment group was given ketorolac tromethamine injection combined with progesterone by intramuscular injection,while the control group was given butorphanol tartrate by intramuscular injection and drotaverine hydrochloride by intravenous drip. Pain degree of patients were scored before and after treatment according to the visual analogue score（ VAS）,and two groups were compared on score changes before and after treatment,then clinical curative effects of two groups were observed and adverse events were registered. Results There were no significant differences on admission VAS score,2h VAS score and the total effective rate after treatment between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. 30 min VAS score and drug effect time of the treatment group after treatment were significantly less than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse effects rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ketorolac tromethamine combined with progesterone in treating renal colic has exact curative effect,less adverse reactions and could rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
