《腧穴主治·国家标准》中妇科病的腧穴分析

摘　　要：目的:系统总结、整理《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》中主治妇科病的腧穴,分析腧穴所属经脉和腧穴所属部位,为腧穴研究提供依据。方法:人工检索《腧穴主治·国家标准》中主治妇科病的腧穴,对其进行腧穴归经和部位的分析。结果:《腧穴主治·国家标准》中主治妇科病的腧穴共计71个;从腧穴所属经脉上看,主治妇科病的经脉以足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经、足厥阴肝经、足阳明胃经、任脉和足太阴脾经为主,其中,足太阳膀胱经的腧穴数最多,为14个,占腧穴总数的19.72%;从腧穴分布部位上看,以下肢部、胸腹部和腰骶部为主,其中腧穴分布主要是在下肢部,共28个,占腧穴总数的39.44%。结论:系统总结《腧穴主治·国家标准》中主治妇科病的腧穴,能够指导腧穴配伍和针灸处方选穴,也能为妇科病的临床治疗和科学研究提供理论依据。Objective： To summarize and analyze the acupoints which indicate gynecopathy in ＂Indication of Acupuncture Points（ GB/T30233-2013） ＂,find the location of acupoints and its meridians,then provide a basis for the study of the acupuncture points. Methods： Manual search acupoints that can treat gynecological diseases and analyze its belonging meridian and location.Results： There are a total of 77 acupoints that can treat gynecological diseases. The majority of them belong to BL,KI,LR,ST,RN and SP meridians. To be specific,BL has 14 acupoints,accounting for 19. 72% of the acupoints. Besides,most of the acupoints were on lower limbs,the abdominal area and lumbosacral portion. There are 28 acupoints on the lower limbs,accounting for39. 44% of the total acupoints. Conclusion： To summarize and analyze acupoints that can treat gynecological diseases in＂Indication of Acupuncture Points（ GB / T30233-2013） ＂could guide acupoints selection and compatibility,and also provide reference for future studies and clinical treatment.
