自拟保元汤加减辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟保元汤加减辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的被诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者130例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗的基础上加服"自拟保元汤"。后将2组患者的治疗后总有效率、控显率、指脉氧、指脉氧饱和度下降率、6 min步行距离(6 Min Walking Distance,6MWD)、肺功能治疗前后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC以及患者的体重指数进行比较。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率81.6%,控显率为48.3%,指脉氧、指脉氧饱和度下降率较对照组降低,6MWD较对照组增加,且P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义;肺功能治疗前后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC及体重指数无明显改变。结论:"自拟保元汤"加减辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的临床效果显著,值得临床用药的借鉴。Objective： To investigate self Baoyuantang subtraction Treating Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission of clinical effect. Methods： April 2010-November 2013 between our hospital was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in remission 130 cases for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in the control group patients treated with conventional western medicine treatment,patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional western medicine plus service,＂self Baoyuantang＂The total after two groups of patients after treatment efficiency,control penetrance,referring to the pulse of oxygen,pulse oxygen saturation that rate of decline,6min walking distance,FEV1 lung function before and after treatment,FEV1 / FVC,and body mass index of patients were compared. Results： The patients treated with total efficiency of 81. 6%,the control rate was 48. 3%,mean pulse oxygen,oxygen desaturation that pulse rate lower than the control group,6MWD shorter than the control group,and P〈0. 05,the difference was significant sex; FEV1 lung function before and after treatment,FEV1 / FVC and body mass index did not change significantly. Conclusion： ＂Self Baoyuantang＂subtraction Treating Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission of clinical effect is significant,worth learning clinical medicine.
