摘　　要：咽喉是经脉循行交会之处,与五脏六腑关系密切。张奇文教授在长期临床实践中非常重视从咽论治,潜心研究腭扁桃体肿大的治疗,创立了咽门缩桃丸,临床疗效显著,受到全国各地患者及儿科界中医专家的好评。本文从咽喉的中医理论、免疫角度、临床病例观察、典型医案等方面阐述了张奇文教授应用咽门缩桃丸治疗儿童腭扁桃体肿大的宝贵经验。The throat is the intersection of the meridian,and the viscera are closely related.
