摘  要:以杂种落叶松兴7×日77-2、日12×兴9、日3×兴9、日3×兴2、日5×兴9未成熟合子胚为外植体,初步建立杂种落叶松胚性愈伤组织诱导体系。结果表明:不同杂种落叶松在不同培养基和蔗糖浓度下的诱导情况不尽相同,基本培养基中MSG与MS培养基的诱导效果比较好,激素浓度的差异对杂种落叶松也有影响,2,4-D浓度为2.0 mg/L时,诱导率高,蔗糖浓度为30 g/L能诱导出胚性愈伤组织,高浓度的蔗糖反而抑制了胚性愈伤的形成。ABA分别为0、5、10、20、30 mg/L的5个处理中,除对照及ABA30 mg/L时没有诱导出体细胞胚,其他试验组均有一定数量的体细胞胚,但诱导率较低。几种杂种落叶松胚性愈伤组织诱导最适合的采样时间是7月中旬。By the immature zygotic embryos of Larix gmelinii 7 × L. kaempferi 77-2, L. kaempferi 12 ×L. gmelinii 9, L. kaempferi 3 × L. gmelinii 9, L. kaempferi 3 × L. gmelinii 2, L. kaempferi 5 × L. gmelinii 9as explants, hybrid Larch embryogenic callus induction system was preliminarily established. The results showed that different hybrid larch in different culture medium and sucrose concentration are not the same,basic culture medium MSG and MS for inducing effect better, differences in hormone concentrations for Larch had also been affected, the concentration of 2, 4-D at 2.0 induction rate high, sucrose concentration at30 induce embryogenic callus, high concentration sucrose inhibited the embryonic callus formation. ABA were 0, 5, 10, 20, 30 mg/L 5 treatment, except the control and ABA 30mg/L did not induce somatic embryos,there was a certain number of somatic embryos and induction frequency is low in other groups. The most suitable sampling time of several hybrid larch embryogenic callus induction was in the middle of July.
