水洗弹力羊服装革制作技术探讨

摘　　要：从选择弹力布料开始,通过控制皮坯原料、调配胶水、复合、染整涂饰等环节,介绍开发制作水洗弹力羊服装革的方法,以及有关的关键工序技术。结果表明:以弹力布为基础,贴上一层薄薄的低等级羊皮,再进行相关水洗染色整理涂饰等工序操作,制成水洗弹力羊服装革,有效地提升了羊服装革的档次,消除了一般弹力超纤服装革容易老化,且穿着不够舒适,以及其天然卫生性能指标难以达到真皮效果等缺陷。该产品弹性较大,撕裂强度较高,安全环保,具有普通羊服装革的优点和超纤皮革高弹性的特点,为低等级羊皮的有效开发利用开辟了一条新途径。The key process technologies of making elastic washable sheep - garment leather, such as choosing the spandex, controlling crust leathers, mixing glue, compositing, dyeing and finishing were＇discussed. The results show that this product sati- sfis the sheep - garment leather grade, which could solve the problems such as easy aging and discomfortable defect of the microfi- ber synthetic leather. The natural sanitary properties of the product are better than that of microfiber synthetic leather. The elastic washable sheep - garment leather has good elasticity, tearing strength and is safe and environment friendly. It has the advantages of normal sheep garment leathers and better elasticity. The study develops a new way of the efficient use for lower grade sheep skin.
