摘  要:对阴、阳离子型铬鞣剂结合鞣制工艺进行研究,探索一种两步法无盐浸酸的铬鞣工艺。先用2%(以灰皮质量计)的不浸酸铬鞣剂SF-1对绵羊软化裸皮进行预鞣及酸液处理,再用4%的AB铬粉对坯革进行常规铬鞣。与常规铬鞣工艺相比:在总铬粉用量均为6%的条件下,两步法铬鞣废液中的Cr_2O_3含量为1 020.3mg/L,低于常规浸酸铬鞣废液中的Cr_2O_3含量3 160.2mg/L,且鞣制后坯革中铬的分布更加均匀。两步法铬鞣坯革的抗张强度和撕裂强度均能达到国家标准,并优于常规浸酸铬鞣工艺;通过环境扫描电镜观察证实两步铬鞣的坯革粒面平细,纤维分散程度较为均匀。Combination tanning process with anion and cationic chrome tanning agent was investigated to explore a two - step chrome tanning process with salt- free pickling. The bated sheep pelts were pre -treated by 2% (based on limed hides weight) non- pickled chrome tanning agent SF -1 and pickled by acid liquor, then, tanned by 4% AB chrome tanning agents as tradi- tional chrome tanned leather. Under the same condition with the traditional chrome tanning process, the total tanning agents dos- age is 6%, the Cr203 content of chrome tanned wastewater from two - step process is 1 020. 3mg/L, much lower than the Cr203 content 3 160. 2mg/L in traditional chrome tanning, And the cross section distribution of chrome in wet - blue leather of two - step process is uniform. Both tensile strength and tear strength of two - step chrome tanned leather could reach the national stand- ards, and superior to that of the traditional pickling chrome tanning process. The SEM results show the grain of two - step chrome tanned leather process is much finer, fiber dispersion degree is comparatively open.
