摘  要:以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和二乙烯三胺为原料,制备端氨基超支化聚合物(NH2—HBP)。将NH_2—HBP应用在绵羊服装革染色工艺中,研究其用量对皮革染色性能的影响。结果表明:在皮革黑色染料的用量为2%的工艺条件下,将用量为0.6%的NH_2—HBP在甲酸固色之后加入,染料的上染率提高了5.41%,达到99.97%,皮样的耐干、湿擦牢度分别提高0.5级和1级,皮样的粒面颜色明显变深,同时NH_2—HBP的加入可以改善坯革的增厚率和物理机械性能。Amino- terminal hyperbranched polymers ( NH2 -HBP ) were synthesized with N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide and diethylene triamine as main raw materials. The NH2 - HBP was applied in the dyeing process of sheep skin garment leather, and the influence of its amount on dyeing properties of leather were studied. The results show that when the amount of black dye is 2% in the dyeing process, and 0.6% NH2 - HBP added in the system after adding the formic acid, the dye uptake rate increa- ses 5.41% to 99, 97%. The dry and wet rubbing fastness of the leather increases by 0.5 level and 1 level, respectively, the leather grain is significantly darker. Meanwhile, thickening rate and the physical and mechanical properties of leather are im- proved by addition of the NH2 -HBP.
