摘  要:白炭黑是高档鞋底与绿色轮胎胶料的主要补强填充剂,在密炼机混炼时,随着白炭黑用量的增加,胶料门尼黏度提高,白炭黑分散困难,且生热严重,温升快速猛烈,造成橡胶部分降解,物理机械性能下降。炼胶过程中的升温过高问题,成为阻碍高填充白炭黑高档鞋底与绿色轮胎生产技术产业化应用的巨大障碍。为适应高档鞋底与绿色轮胎低温炼胶的要求,以椭圆形转子密炼机混炼高填充白炭黑胶料生产为例,分析了导致椭圆形转子密炼机炼胶过程中温升过高的原因,重点研究了转子造型设计对炼胶温度的影响,在此基础上,提出椭圆形转子技术改进的要点和转子造型设计创新思路。Silica ( white carbon black) is a main filler used in the rubber compound of high - grade shoes sole and green tires, but in the course of mixing in an rubber internal mixer, with the increase of silica adding, Mooney viscosity of the rubber com- pound increases which leads to poor dispersion of silica, high heat built - up, partially degradation of the rubber and mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber decrease. Overheating problem in mixing has become a great barrier to the industrial applica- tion of high filled silica compound used for high grade shoe soles and green tires. To meet the requirements of low temperature mixing suitable for manufacturing high - grade shoes and green tires, using production of high silica - filled compound in an oval rotor as an example, the reason for generating high temperature in oval rotor mixer was analyzed and the effect of rotor structural design on the temperature in mixing process was mainly studied. Tips for oval rotor improvement and new idea for rotor structural design were proposed based on above analysis.
