摘  要:目的基于铅离子对CTMAB-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸体系的荧光增强效应,建立氡辐射累积计量的荧光光谱测定新方法。方法氡辐射透过滤膜进入吸收液,衰变形成的子体铅与吸收液反应形成Pb^(2+)。在氯化铵-氨水介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲基胺的存在下,Pb^(2+)与8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸配合,体系荧光强度增加,并与铅离子浓度呈现良好的线性关系,据此建立基于铅的氡检测新方法。结果当Pb^(2+)浓度为23.33 ng/ml^150 ng/ml时,ΔF与ρ之间呈现良好的线性关系,其回归方程为ΔF=0.29ρ+3.99,相关系数(r)为0.995 8,检出限为7.0 ng/ml。ΔF与对应的低剂量氡辐射强度之间呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为ΔF=0.24D+4.70,r=0.992 1。结论该法对铅的检出限低,可分别用于铅和低浓度氡的检测。氡辐射α粒子、β粒子后形成稳定的子体铅,新建的氡采样方法简便。Objective A new method for the determination of the fluorescence spectrum of radon radiation accumulation will be established here based on based on the lead ion enhance the fluorescence of CTMAB- 8- hydroxyquinoline- 5- sulfonic acid system. Methods Radon radiation entered into the absorption liquid through the membrane,radiative decay would form lead.Lead was oxidized into Pb(2+)after dissolving in the absorber. In ammonium and chloride- ammonia medium,Pb(2+)reacted with8- Hydroxyquinoline- 5- sulfonic acid to form composition when the existence of CTMAB,which enhanced the fluorescence of the system. Under certain conditions,there was a good linear relation with lead ion. Therefore,a new way to measure radon had been found. Results When the Pb(2+)concentration was 23. 33 ng / ml- 150 ng / ml,ΔF and ρ showed a good linear relationship. The linear regression equation was ΔF = 0. 29ρ + 3. 99,the regression coefficient was 0. 995 8,with a detection limit of lead 7. 0 ng / m L. It showed a good linear relationship between ΔF and the the corresponding low dose of radon radiation intensity. The linear regression equation was ΔF = 0. 24 D + 4. 70,the regression coefficient was 0. 992 1. Conclusion The detection limit to lead of the method was low. The method can be used for the detection of lead and low concentration radon. Stable sub lead will be formulated after α and β particles irradiated by radon. And the new radon sampling method was simple and convenient.
