摘 要:目的了解广东地产药材中总砷和无机砷的含量,为中药材质量安全评价提供参考。方法中药材样品经湿法消解、酸浸提处理后,采用原子荧光分光光谱法对其总砷和无机砷的含量进行测定。结果总砷和无机砷在0μg/L^40μg/L有良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程分别为y=95.751x+272.95、y=108.45x+104.77,相关系数(r)分别为0.999 5、0.999 6,检出限分别为0.068 6μg/L、0.052 4μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.69%、2.13%,加标回收率为95.6%~101.6%。所检测的9个品种药材中的总砷含量为0.106 mg/kg^0.987 mg/kg;无机砷含量为0.047 mg/kg^0.513 mg/kg,占总砷含量的44.34%~76.13%。结论所检测的广东地产药材中总砷含量均未超标,符合限量标准。中药材中的砷主要以无机砷形态存在。广东地产不同品种中药材中的砷和无机砷含量差异较大。Objective To investigate the total contents of arsenic and inorganic arsenic in Guangdong native herbs,so as to provide reference for the assessment of safety and quality in Guangdong native herbs. Methods The contents of arsenic and inorganic arsenic in Guangdong native herbs were analyzed by atomic fluorescent spectrophotometry after the herb specimens wet dissolved and dipping in acid. Results The good linearity was obtained when the total contents of arsenic and inorganic arsenic were among 0 μg / L- 40 μg / L. The regression equation of standard curve were y = 95. 751 x + 272. 95,y = 108. 45 x + 104. 77.Correlation coefficient( r) were 0. 999 5,0. 999 6,respectively. The detection limit of the total contents of arsenic and inorganic arsenic were 0. 068 6 μg / L,0. 052 4 μg / L,respectively. The relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 1. 69% and 2. 13%.The recoveries rate were 95. 6%- 101. 6%. The contents of total arsenic in the 9 samples was among 0. 106 mg / kg-0. 987 mg / kg. The contents of inorganic arsenic was among 0. 047 mg / kg- 0. 513 mg / kg,accounting for the 44. 34%-76. 13% of the total arsenic. Conclusion The contents of arsenic in Guangdong native herbs are less than limit standards,meeting the limit of standard. The results showed that inorganic arsenic was the dominating species in the samples. The contents of arsenic and inorganic arsenic were obviously different in the different kinds of Guangdong native herbs.
