2011年-2014年吉林市艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析吉林市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群特征及HIV感染情况,为更好地开展VCT门诊和艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性方法,分析整理2011年1月-2014年12月到VCT门诊求询者的基本信息及HIV抗体检测情况。结果 4年来VCT门诊求询者共760例,HIV抗体总阳性率为8.95%;4年阳性率呈上升趋势,2014年阳性率与其他年份比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。外埠求询者阳性率与本市求询者比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。求询者以41岁-50岁阳性率最高,为15.65%;男、女检测比例为3.7∶1,男性HIV抗体阳性率高于女性。离婚或丧偶者阳性率高于未婚者,而已婚者阳性率最低;随文化程度提高,阳性率逐渐降低。结论 VCT门诊是发现HIV感染者及实施干预的重要窗口。Objective To analyze the characteristics of the voluntary counseling and testing（ VCT） in the population with AIDS in Jilin Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and to master the HIV infection status,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of HIV and VCT clinic. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the basic information of inquirers and HIV antibody test results in VCT clinic from January 2011 to December 2014. Results In the four years,there were 760 people in the VCT clinic. The total positive rate of HIV antibody was 8. 95%. The positive rate in the four years was increasing,and the difference of positive rate was statistically significant in 2014,compared with the other 3 years（ P〈0. 01）.The difference of HIV antibody positive rate between outside inquirers and local inquirers was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The highest positive rate was 15. 65% mainly focused on inquirers within 41- 50 years old; the ratio of male to female was 3. 7： 1,and the positive rate of HIV antibody in male was higher than female. The positive rate of the divorced and widows was higher than that of the unmarried,the lowest positive rate was with the married; the positive rate decreased with the increase of education. Conclusion VCT clinic is an important window for the discovery of HIV infected patients and the implementation of the intervention.
