摘  要:为满足勘探三号半潜式钻井平台改造升级要求,研制了5 000 k N海洋半潜平台动态井架。该井架采用横截面为矩形的可拆卸、栓装封闭式钢结构,其主体为双锥塔形结构。井架最大额定静钩载5 000 k N,有效高度56 m。有限元分析计算和最大钩载试验结果表明,井架的结构设计符合规范要求,井架的安全可靠性得到了保证。井架在勘探三号半潜平台上安装顺利,沿用设备与井架预留安装接口均能成功对接。5 000 k N海洋半潜平台动态井架的研制成功提高了平台在更广海域钻探作业及迁徙时应对恶劣环境的能力。To meet the upgrading requirements of ExplorationⅢsemi?submersible drilling platform, a 5 000 kN marine dynamic derrick for semi?submersible platform has been developed?The derrick has a maximum rated static hook load of 5 000 kN and the effective height of 56 m?The newly developed derrick has improved the plat?form capacity to deal with the harsh environment during drilling operations and platform migrations at broader sea area?Finite element analysis and maximum hook load test results show that the derrick structural design is in line with regulatory requirements, thus guaranteed the safety and reliability of the derrick?The derrick has been suc?cessfully installed on the Exploration Ⅲ semi?submersible platform?The used equipment and the reserved installa?tion interface could successfully be docked?Currently, the platform has completed the drilling work of many wells, the derrick and mounted equipment have been working properly, which has been recognized by the user.
