摘 要:海底软管对我国海洋油气资源的开发具有重大意义,但海底软管设计和制造技术比钢管复杂,外国公司垄断了世界海底软管产品,导致软管产品价格高,供货周期长,售后服务难。这种现状很难满足我国迅速发展的海洋油气资源开发的需求。鉴于此,基于海底软管的应用现状,探讨了非粘结性柔性软管的结构和设计流程,结合海底软管的国产化研究和应用情况,阐述了海底软管在设计、制造和施工过程中需要考虑的关键技术。研究内容有助于促进海底软管国产化的研究进程。The subsea flexible pipe has great significance for the development of offshore oil and gas re?sources?But design and manufacturing technology of the subsea flexible pipe is more complex than steel, and the for?eign companies monopolize the world’ s subsea flexible pipe products, leading to high prices, long supply times and hard after?sale service?The situation is hard to meet the needs of the domestic rapid development of offshore oil and gas resources?In view of this, based on subsea flexible pipe application status, the non?bonded flexible pipe struc?ture and design process have been discussed?Combined with the subsea flexible pipe domestication research and ap?plication, key technologies needed to be considered in the design, manufacture and operation of subsea flexible pipe are expounded?The research could help promote research process of subsea flexible pipe domestication.
