曲安耐德在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者行玻璃体切割术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨曲安耐德在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）行玻璃体切割术患者中的应用价值。方法：统计分析糖尿病视网膜病变患者42例（42眼）的临床资料。结果：所有患者术后黄斑水肿明显减轻,视力提升,术后3个月的光感、手动、指数比例均显著低于术前（P〈0.05）,最佳矫正视力0.1~0.3、〉0.3比例均显著高于术前（P〈0.05）。结论：曲安耐德在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者行玻璃体切割术中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate application value of Triamcinolone acetonide in vitrectomy surgery of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy （PDR）. Methods： The clinical data of 42 cases （42 eyes） with diabetic retinopathy were statistically analyzed. Results： After injection of triamcinolone acetonide and vitreous surgery of all patients, the macular edema were greatly lessened, and the visual acuity were improved in a certain degree, The light perception, hand movement and index ratios 3 months afterthe treatment were significantly lower than those before the surgery （P〈0. 05）. The ratios of the patients with a best corrected visual acuity of 0. 1-0. 3 and 〉0. 3 were significantly higher than those before the surgery （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Triamcinolone acetonidehas a high application value in vitrectomy surgery of the patients with PDR.
