摘　　要：本文介绍了在YB6016等普通花键轴铣床上采用粉末冶金高速钢滚刀加工轴类零件的渐开线外花键。针对轴类零件渐开线外花键的特点、加工要求以及传统普通高速钢滚刀的现状和缺陷,设计了高质量、高效率的粉末冶金高速钢滚刀,通过优化切削参数,在普通花键轴铣床上得到成功的应用及推广,在大批生产中取得较好的经济效益,在花键轴加工上具有良好的推广价值。Powder metallurgy high-speed steel cutter machining shaft parts of the involute outer spline is used in the YB6016 and other common spline shaft milling machine is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of shaft parts of involute spline, processing requirements and traditional ordinary high-speed steel cutter status and defects high quality, high efficiency of powder metallurgy high speed steel cutter, through the optimization of cutting parameters, the successful application and promotion in the ordinary spline shaft milling machine, in a large number of production achieved good economic benefits, on the spline shaft machining has good popularization value.
