2013-2014年广东省某三甲医院内科医院感染情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析2013—2014年医院内科医院感染的发生情况,为进一步完善内科医院感染防控措施提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查与分析方法,对2013—2014年医院内科住院患者医院感染情况进行统计分析。结果 2013—2014年医院内科医院感染发生例数467例,感染发生率为1.64%,感染总例次数为487例,例次感染率为1.71%,临床标本送检329例次,送检率为67.56%。感染率前4位的科室依次为肾内科、呼吸内科、血液肿瘤科、神经内科;感染发生部位主要为呼吸道、泌尿系统;检出病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌(65.35%)。结论医院内科医院感染发生率符合国家规定要求,临床标本送检符合相关规范要求,但还需调查薄弱环节,采取针对性的措施,减少医院感染的发生。Objective To investigate and analyze nosocomial infection of the medical department in our hospital from 2013 to 2014,and provide the basis for the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infections. Methods A retrospective investigation and analysis were used to make a statistical analysis of nosocomial infections of inpatients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014. Results There were 28532 patients in medical department in our hospital from 2013 to 2014,and the nosocomial infection patients were 467 cases,nosocomial infection rate was 1. 64%; the total number of infectious frequency was 487,and the infection rate was1. 71%; the clinical specimens were 329 cases,and the submission rate was 67. 56%. The infection rate accounted for the top four departments respectively in Renal Department of Internal Medicine,Department of Respiratory Medicine,Hematology and Oncology,Neurology; infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract,urinary system; the main pathogens were gram-negative bacteria（ 65. 35%）. Conclusions The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in our hospital is in line with the national requirements,and the clinical specimen conforms to the requirements of relevant codes. We should investigate the weak links in Medical department system in our hospital,and take targeted measures to reduce the incidence of medical department.
