自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年痔出血90例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年痔出血的临床疗效。方法:将168例老年痔出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,对照组78例采用内痔消痔灵注射术治疗。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间以及术后治愈率与并发症发生率。结果:治疗组的术中出血量较对照组减少(P<0.05),但手术时间、平均住院时间与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治愈率治疗组为100%,略优于对照组的97.44%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年痔出血疗效好,且术中出血量较内痔消痔灵注射术少,并发症发生率也较低,值得临床推广运用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in elderly patients with hemorrhoidal bleeding. Methods： A total of 168 elderly patients with hemorrhoidal bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 90） and control group（ n = 78）. The treatment group was treated by automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,while the control group was injected with Xiaozhiling for internal hemorrhoids. The two groups were compared in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,the mean length of hospital stay,postoperative cure rate,and the incidence of complications. Results： The treatment group had significantly less intraoperative blood loss than the control group（ P 0. 05）,but there were no significant differences in operation time and the mean length of hospital stay between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. The treatment group had a nonsignificantly higher cure rate than the control group（ 100% vs 97. 44%,P 0. 05）. The incidence of complications showed a significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids has a good clinical effect in elderly patients with hemorrhoidal bleeding. The patients receiving this therapy have less intraoperative blood loss and a lower incidence of complications compared with those injected with Xiaozhiling injection for internal hemorrhoids. Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids holds promise for clinical application.
