洁肠宁对肠镜检查肠道准备质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨洁肠宁对肠镜检查肠道准备质量的影响。方法:将127例肠镜检查患者随机分为3组,即A组(洁肠宁Ⅰ号方组)、B组(洁肠宁Ⅱ号方组)、C组(磷酸钠盐组)。A组40例在结肠镜检查前服用洁肠宁Ⅰ号方,B组43例在检查前服用洁肠宁Ⅱ号方,C组44例在检查前服用磷酸钠盐。对3组患者肠道清洁度、肠道清洁范围及不良反应进行比较。结果:3组肠道清洁度及清洁范围均符合镜检要求,组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3组不良反应发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洁肠宁用于肠镜检查前的肠道准备,可使肠道清洁度符合要求,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of Jiechangning on the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods： A total of 127 patients for colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A（ n = 40）,group B（ n = 43）,and group C（ n = 44）. Group A received No. 1 Jiechangning before colonoscopy,group B received No. 2Jiechangning before the examination,and group C received sodium phosphate before colonscopy. The three groups were compared in terms of intestinal tract cleanness and range of clean intestinal tract,and adverse events. Results：The three groups had the intestinal tract cleanness and range of clean intestinal tract meeting the colonoscopic requirements,with significant differences between the three groups（ P〉0. 05）. However,the incidence of adverse events showed significant differences between the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：preparation before colonoscopy,intestinal tract cleanness meets the colonoscopic requirements,and there are few adverse events. Jiechangning holds promise for clinical application.
