腹针“引气归元”组穴配合药物治疗中风后抑郁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针"引气归元"组穴配合药物治疗中风后抑郁的疗效。方法:将60例中风后抑郁患者随机分成腹针"引气归元"组穴配合药物治疗组与单纯口服药物组,每组30例。治疗组以腹针"引气归元"配合药物治疗,对照组以口服百忧解治疗。观察两组患者中医证候评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表及日常生活活动能力量表评分。结果:治疗组和对照组患者在治疗12周后各量表评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组患者抑郁程度、中医证候评分及日常生活活动能力明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:腹针"引气归元"组穴配合药物是一种治疗中风后抑郁的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture ＂air entraining Guiyuan＂with drugs on post stroke depression（ PSD）. Methods： Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of depression after stroke were randomly divided into an abdominal acupuncture ＂air entraining Guiyuan＂with drug therapy group and a simple oral drug group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by abdominal acupuncture ＂air entraining Guiyuan＂combined with drug therapy,and the control group was with oral drug therapy. Each group before and after treatment was evaluated with Hamilton depression scale and the ability of daily living of TCM syndrome standard score. Results： In two groups each scale score after treatment was improved significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,in the treatment group the TCM symptom score,the degree of depression and activities of daily living capacity were improved significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Abdominal acupuncture ＂air entraining Guiyuan＂with drugs is an effective method for treating PSD.
