摘  要:目的:研究血清25羟基维生素D水平与糖耐量减低的关系。方法:选取2014年3月~2015年3月期间我院收治的51例糖耐量减低患者为观察组,另选择同期在本院进行健康体检的51例正常人群作为对照组。比较两组患者的VD、2hPG、FPG、LDL—C、HDL—C、TC、TG、HbA1c水平情况,观察两组研究对象25(OH)D充足、不足、缺乏发生率情况,分析VD水平与糖耐量减低的相关性。结果:观察组的VD(11.21±2.32)仙g/L明显低于对照组,观察组的2hPG(9.34±1.21)mmol/L、FPG(5.65±0.69)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.71±0.36)%水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),两组研究对象在LDL—C、HDL—C、TC及TG指标方面无明显差异(P〉0.05)。观察组25(OH)D不足、缺乏率94.12%(48/51)明显高于对照组37.25%(19/51)(P〈0.05)。通过对VD水平与糖耐量减低进行pearson相关分析后,其结果表明VD水平与糖耐量减低存在负相关性(r=-0.5324,P=0.0127)。结论:VD水平下降和耐糖量减低存在密切的关联性,糖耐量减低是糖尿病发病前期,在糖耐量减低阶段合理使用维生素D有望成为糖尿病预防与治疗的重要手段。OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between serum 25 - hydroxy vitamin D levels and impaired glucose tolerance. METHODS: 51 patients with impaired glucose tolerance from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were as the observation group and 51 eases of normal healthy people from our hospital during the same period as control group. VD, 2hPG, FPG, LDL - C, HDL -C, TC, TG and HbAlc levels in two groups were compared. The sufficient and lack of 25 (OH) D were observed. Levels of VD and IGT were analysed. RESULTS: VD level in observation group (11.21 ± 2. 32) μg/L was significantly lower than that in the control group. In the observation group 2hPG (9. 34± 1.21 ) mmoL/L, FPG (5.65 ± 0. 69) mmol/L and HbA1c (5.71 ± 0. 36) % were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant different in LDL - C, HDL - C, TC and TG indicators in two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). In observation group 25 (OH) D lacking rate [ 94. 12% (48/51) ] was significantly higher than that in the control group [ 37. 25% ( 19/51 ) ] ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After analysising the relationship between VD levels and impaired glucose tolerance, the results showed that impaired glucose tolerance were negativly correlated with VD level ( r = - 0. 53,P = 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: VD levels drop and reduced glucose tolerance have a close correlation. The rational use of vitamin D in the IGT stage is expected to become an important means of prevention and treatment of diabetes.
