小针刀联合氟比洛芬巴布膏贴敷治疗骨性膝关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨小针刀联合氟比洛芬巴比膏贴敷治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法：选择于我院就诊并符合骨性膝关节炎诊断标准的患者60例，按就诊顺序随机分为两组，每组30例。Ⅰ组为针刀联合氟比洛芬巴比膏贴敷治疗组，Ⅱ组为针刀治疗组。观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分（VAS评分）、膝关节功能评分（Lysholm）及临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前（P〈0．05），治疗后Ⅰ组又显著低于Ⅱ组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于治疗前，治疗后Ⅰ组又显著高于Ⅱ组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后临床效果（优良率）Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅱ组（P〈0．05）。结论：小针刀联合氟比洛芬巴比膏贴敷治疗骨性膝关节炎临床疗效显著，止痛效果确切、作用持久、无副作用及胃肠道不良反应，其疗效优于单独采用小针刀的治疗。OBJECTIVE ： To explore the clinical efficacy of a small needle - knife therapy combined with of flurbiprofen Bob paste in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. METHOD ： 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were chosen and divided randomly into group Ⅰ （n = 30） and group Ⅱ （ n = 30）. Group Ⅰ received a small needle - knife therapy combined with flurbiprofen Bob paste. Group Ⅱonly received a small needle - knife therapy. The effect of analgesia by VAS pain score, Lysholm and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were evaluated. RESULTS ： The VAS pain scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; and VAS pain score of group I was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ after treatment. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The value of Lysholm in two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; and the value of Lysholm of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ after treatment. There were significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. The excellent rates representing clinical efficacy in group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅱ after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： A small needle - knife therapy combined with flurbiprofen Bob paste may treat knee osteoarthritis effectively and can achieve exactly analgesic effect. There are no side effects and gastrointestinal adverse reactions. Consequently the curative effect for using joint treatment is rather better than that for simply using a small needle - knife therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
