摘  要:以首钢水城钢铁典型钢种的连铸凝固传热过程为研究对象,应用Procast软件对HRB400,150方坯连铸的凝固传热过程进行数值模拟,研究钢水过热度对铸坯液芯长度和铸坯凝固质量的影响。研究表明:过热度每增加10℃,液芯长度延长0.404 m。随着过热度的增加,拉矫区高温区域不断增大,铸坯表面裂纹减少,但中心疏松和偏析增加;HRB400钢液浇注温度应控制在1 552℃以下,既可以保证铸坯内部质量又可以减少表面裂纹的发生。The continuous casting process of HRB400 produced in Shuicheng Steel Corporation was studied. The solidification process of HRB billets were simulated by Procast,so that the effect of superheat on the length of the liquid core and the solidification condition would appear. The results indicated that when the superheat was increased by 10 ℃,the length of the liquid core was increased by 0.404 m. With the increase of the superheat,the high temperature region of the tension leveling area was increased. In order to reduce the number of the cracks,the casting temperature should be controlled below 1 552 ℃.
