摘  要:以北满特钢连铸大圆坯为研究对象,采用有限差分法,建立极坐标二维非稳态连铸圆坯凝固传热数学模型。利用vb6.0编译传热程序,经现场生产测温验证,模拟结果良好。利用模型研究了拉速、过热度对圆坯表面温度和坯壳厚度的影响。结果表明拉速对圆坯凝固传热过程影响很大;过热度影响很小。Taking round bloom continuous casting in Beiman Special Steel as research object and using the finite difference method,the polar coordinates of 2- D unsteady solidification and heat transfer model in round bloom continuous casting isbuilt. The heat transfer procedures is compiled using vb6.0,and the simulation results are evidenced good through temperature verification in industrial production. The influences of casting speed and superheat on surface temperature and shell thickness of round bloom are analyzed using the model. The results show that the casting speed has great influence on round bloom solidification and heat transfer and the superheat has little effect.
