摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)术中膀胱爆炸伤的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析11例TURP术中发生膀胱内气体爆炸患者的临床资料。结果 11例患者术后均恢复顺利,排尿顺畅。结论在电切过程中可产生可燃性气体,在膀胱前壁液气交界处电火花可能会产生爆炸,故临近手术结束修整膀胱颈前及时将膀胱内气体排空是避免膀胱爆炸伤发生的重要措施。Objective To investigate causes and prevention and treatment measures for bladder explosion in transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 11 patients with bladder explosion in TURP. Results All the 11 patients had good rehabilitation and smooth urination. Conclusion Combustible gas in resection may cause explosion in anterior wall of the bladder between gas and liquid junction. Therefore, it is important for bladder gas evacuation before vesical neck repair in prevention of bladder explosion.
