摘　　要：概述临床路径的起源、发展和国内外应用情况,总结我国实施临床路径过程中遇到的问题,如临床路径实施过程中存在临床路径文本适用范围窄、医务人员积极性不高、现行医保支付制度不配套、临床路径文本修订不及时、缺乏有效的评价方法和信息系统建设滞后等问题,提出了重视临床路径文本制定和修改、加快推进医保付费制度改革、建立健全绩效考核体系和激励机制、制定科学的临床路径评价方法、加快信息化建设与标准制定工作等对策,以期不断扩大临床路径的覆盖面,推动临床路径的发展。The paper describes the concept and history of clinical pathway as well as its application at home and abroad, summarizes the problems of implementation of the clinical pathway in China. such as： narrow scope of application, lack of enthusiasm of medical staff, non-applicable Medicare Payment System, revising clinical pathway no timely, absence of evaluation method and backward situation of information system. The author proposes some strategies as follows： concentrating on revising clinical pathway, reforming the Medicare Payment System,establishing and improving the performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism, making scientific evaluation method of clinical pathway, accelerating information system construction and setting standard, in order to expand the coverage of clinical pathway and to promote the development of clinical pathway.
