摘　　要：本文通过对卵巢恶性Brenner瘤、空泡蝶鞍综合征、胃粘膜相关性边缘区淋巴瘤、淋巴囊肿和Richter综合征5例疑难疾病编码案例分析,总结了5例疑难疾病编码主导词和编码查找的特点以及应注意的问题。经过分析查找,卵巢恶性Brenner瘤、空泡蝶鞍综合征、胃粘膜相关性边缘区淋巴瘤和淋巴囊肿的编码分别为C56、E23.6、C85.7和I89.0;Richter综合征主要编码为C83.3,附加编码为C91.1。This article analyzes five cases of Difficult and Complicated Coding which are Ovarian Malignant Brenner Tumor, Empty Sella Syndrome, Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma and lymph edema and Richter syndrome. Summarize the leading words of five cases of difficult diseases and the problems that should be paid attention to. The correct code of Ovarian Malignant Brenner Tumor, Empty Sella Syndrome, Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma and lymph edema is C56, E23.6, C85.7 and I89.0. The main code of Richter syndrome is C83.3 and the additional code is C91.1.
