摘　　要：目的了解影响本地区青春期居民健康的常见病和多发病,为医院管理及疾病预防治疗提供依据。方法分析某医院2010年-2014年青春期住院病人疾病分类报表,按构成各类疾病的例数进行顺位整理、统计、分析。结果前5位疾病共1695例,依次是损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果、内分泌、营养和代谢疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、妊娠、分娩和产褥期,占青春期出院病人总数的64.87%。其中男性1540人,女性1073人,男:女=1.43:1。成年人占58.25%,未成年人占41.75%。结论根据疾病构成规律和特点,做好青春期群体的健康宣教,进一步加强青春期性教育工作,帮助其正确认识青春期生理和心理特点,掌握身心保健知识。医院要合理配置卫生资源,加强对青春期常见病、多发病的防治工作。Objective To understand the common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases which affecting the health of adolescent residents in the region,in order to provide basis for hospital management and disease prevention and treatment. Method To analyze the classification of diseases of a hospital in adolescent inpatients during 2010-2014, according to the cases of various diseases to accomplish the sequence sorting, statistics and analysis. Results A total of 1695 cases of the top five diseases, followed by injury, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes, endocrine, nutrition and metabolic diseases, disease of the genitourinary system, disease of respiratory system, pregnancy, deliver and puerperium, accounted for 64.87% of the total number of adolescent patients discharged from hospital. Conclusion According to the law and characteristics of the disease, doing a good job in the health education of adolescent group. Hospital should allocate health resources rationally,strengthen the prevention and treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in adolescence.
