摘 要:目的:评价母亲声音刺激(MSS)对早产儿经口喂养进程、喂养表现、体质量增长等的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的62例住院早产儿采用随机化数字表法,随机分为实验组(32例)和对照组(30例),对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上每天接受2次MSS,持续7d。记录两组早产儿开始经口喂养和达到全口喂养的时间,并在这两个时间点计算过渡时间、喂养效率、吸吮效率等,记录每日体质量、出院时间及喂养不耐受发生情况。结果:实验组在开始经口喂养时的喂养效率和吸吮效率及实现全口喂养时的喂养效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在实现全口喂养时的吸吮效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组过渡时间、住院时间及喂养不耐受发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组体质量增长无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :MSS能有效改善早产儿经口喂养进程、经口喂养表现,减少喂养不耐受发生率。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Maternal Sound Stimulation(MSS) on the progress and performance of oral feeding.Methods: Totally 62 premature infants were recruited and randomly divided into research group with 32 infants and control group with 30 infants. The infants in the control group received routine care, while the infants in the research group received MSS twice a day for seven days in addition to the routine care, We recorded the initiation time of oral feeding and the time of full oral feeding and observed the feeding performance in the two time points and calculated the transition time, feeding efficiency, sucking efficiency, etc., and recorded everyday's body weight,, the incidence of feeding intolerance and the discharge time. Results: The feeding efficiency and sucking efficiency at the initiation time of oral feeding, and the feeding efficiency at the time of full oral feeding in research group were significantly better than those of the control group (P〈0.05), however there was no significant difference in the sucking efficiency between the two groups at the time of full oral feeding .The transitional time from the initiation of oral feeding to full oral feeding, the length of hospitalized stay, and the incidence of feeding intolerance in the research group were better than those of the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the weight gain between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: MSS could effectively improve the progress and performance of oral feeding, and reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance among premature infants.
