摘 要:以剪叉式高空作业平台的剪叉伸展机构为研究对象,对定铰点、变铰点设计下的剪叉液压缸力、铰点力进行理论计算研究,并应用Ma tla b进行对比计算分析。对比分析得出:根据不同工况,选择合适的变铰点与定铰点,设计定铰点初始起升最优位置,可有效减小液压缸推力、铰点力,优化整个起升过程的液压缸力,使液压系统与剪叉结构设计达到最优,从而保证整个剪叉机构的最经济、最优化设计。A scissor type hi-lift platform is set as an object for discussion and theoretical computations are underway for the hinge points so designed,both fixed and variable,plus force at the scissors' cylinder and at the scissors themselves while utilizing a Matlab to make comparative calculations,through which comes out that it has to see various working conditions,select suitable variable and fixed hinge points so as to design a optimal position for initial lift of the fixed hinge point which can minimize effectively the cylinder throughst And force at the hinge point so as to optimize the cylinder force during the entire lift process,and optimize design of the hydraulic system together with the scissor assembly,thus ensuring an optimal design for best economy and best optimization of a scissor type hi-lift platform as a whole.
