摘　　要：在抗日战争时期,中国的机械进口受到日军封锁政策及整个战争进程的影响,大体上分为两个阶段。在战争前期,中国的机械进口总值有所扩大,国统区若干重要机械的进口也经历了一个提升阶段。但在太平洋战争爆发后,机械进口急剧萎缩。战时国统区经历了显著的工业化,战争初期的机械进口具有技术外溢作用,而机械进口整体上所受的限制,鼓励了本土资本品工业部门的扩张。然而,生产要素进口的受限也给本土企业的生产经营带来了负面影响。During the Second Sino-Japanese War, China＇s machinery imports were influenced by the Japanese blockade policy. Generally speaking, the period could be divided into two stages. In the early stage of the war, China＇s machine imports grew, as did imports of several types of important machinery in Chinese- controlled areas. But after the outbreak of the Pacific War, there was a sharp de- cline in imports of machinery. Kuomintang-controlled areas experienced signifi- cant industrialization during the war. Early in the war, machinery imports had a technology spillover effect. The restrictions on imports of machinery also encour- aged the expansion of the domestic capital goods manufacturing sector. However, restrictions of production factor imports also had a negative impact on the produc- tion capacity and operations of local enterprises.
