摘　　要：高速铁路技术中信号控制部件是不可缺少的关键部件,信号控制部件的高洁净度指标对通讯系统的可靠性有着非常重要的影响。主要针对高铁技术中信号控制部件清洗技术,根据信号控制部件清洗后洁净度要求,采用特殊的清洗工艺研制开发一种经济适用的汽相清洗设备,开发成果投入使用并取得较好的经济效益。为研究院所小批量多品种PCBA的高标准清洗选择合适的清洗技术提供参考。Signal control unit is indispensable key components in high-speed rail technology. High cleanliness indexes of signal control unit have a very important impact on the reliability of the communication system. Mainly discuss signal control unit cleaning technology. An affordable vapor cleaning equipment is developed using a special cleaning process according to the cleanliness requirements of signal control unit. The equipment has been used widely and achieved good economic results, and also makes good reference for multi product and low volume production with high-level cleanliness requirements.
