摘  要:目的探讨磁共振扩散张量成像技术在儿童发育迟缓诊断中的使用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年2月收治的发育迟缓患儿32例作为实验组,另选32例发育正常儿童作为对照组。对所有入选儿童均行扩散张量成像及常规MRI检查,记录检查结果中MD及FA值。计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组额叶、颞叶、枕叶、视放射、半卵圆中心FA值分别为(0.246±0.061)、(0.357±0.048)、(0.217±0.046)、(0.372±0.049)、(0.387±0.048),对照组分别为(0.393±0.128)、(0.403±0.043)、(0.382±0.043)、(0.459±0.063)、(0.482±0.053),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组额叶、颞叶、枕叶、半卵圆中心MD值分别为(0.922±0.049)、(0.963±0.049)、(0.988±0.043)、(0.883±0.079),对照组分别为(0.827±0.068)、(0.892±0.053)、(0.882±0.041)、(0.792±0.063),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论磁共振扩散张量技术在发育迟缓患儿脑白质损伤定量中应用诊断率较高,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging in the diagnosis of infant developmental retardation.Methods 32 cases of developmental retardation from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as experimental group,32 cases of normal children as control group.All the children were checked by diffusion tensor imaging and routine MRI.The level of MD and FA were recorded and compared.Measurement data was processed by t test,P0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The FA of frontal lobe,temporal lobe,occipital lobe,optic radiation,centrum semiovale in experiment group were(0.246±0.061),(0.357±0.048),(0.217±0.046),(0.372±0.049),(0.387±0.048),in control group were(0.393±0.128),(0.403±0.043),(0.382±0.043),(0.459±0.063),(0.482±0.053),the differences were statistically significant(all P0.05).The MD of frontal lobe,temporal lobe,occipital lobe,centrum semiovale in experiment group were(0.922±0.049),(0.963±0.049),(0.988±0.043),(0.883±0.079),in control group were(0.827±0.068),(0.892±0.053),(0.882±0.041),(0.792±0.063),the differences were statistically significant(all P0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging has high accuracy rate of diagnosis in infant developmental retardation,worthy of clinical application.
