摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利叶酸片对慢性心力衰竭并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者左室重构的影响。方法选取慢性心力衰竭并高同型半胱氨酸血症（Hcy）患者80例，随机分为对照组40例和试验组40例。所有患者均按常规心衰治疗方案治疗；试验组在心衰治疗方案基础上将ACEI或ARB类药物替换为依那普利叶酸片。对所有受试者分别在治疗前、治疗半年后测定血清Hcy水平，行超声心动图检查评价心室形态学，所有数据进行统计学处理。结果试验组治疗半年后心室重构及心脏舒缩功能均有所改善（均P〈0．05）；与对照组比较，试验组血清Hcy明显降低[（10．45±3．25）μmol／L比（15．89±2．98）μmol／L]，差异有统计学意义（t=3．704，P〈0．05）。结论依那普利叶酸片可以降低慢性心力衰竭并高Hcy血症患者血清Hcy水平，从而改善心室重构。Objective To investigate the effect of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets on chronic heart failure and high levels of homocysteine in patients with left ventrieular remodeling. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and high levels of homocysteine （Hey） were selected and randomly divided into control group 40 cases and experimental group 40 cases. All patients according to the conventional heart failure treatment, the experimental group replace ACEI or ARB drugs for Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets. Serum Hey levels and echocardiography were measured before and after half a year treatment, all data were statistically processed. Results The experimental group after six months treatment of ventricular remodeling and cardiac function were improved in treatment （all P〈0.05 ）, compared with the control group, the serum Hey decreased [ （10.45±3.25）μmol/L vs （15.89±2.98）μmol/L], there was statistically significant difference （t=3.704, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets can decrease the serum Hcy level in patients with chronic heart failure and high Hey hyperlipidemia, which improve the ventricular remodeling.
