尿毒症合并DEBAKYⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的治疗体会及文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒症患者并发DEBAKYⅢ型主动脉夹层的原因及处理方法。方法结合仁济医院近3年收治的4例及近年国内外各类期刊发表12例，对共16例尿毒症合并DEBAKYⅢ型主动脉夹层进行分析总结。结果经内科药物强化治疗、控制血压及心率、行覆膜支架腔内修复术（TEVAR）、加强血液透析等治疗，好转14例（复发1例，经治疗好转），自动出院1例，死亡1例。结论尿毒症合并DEBAKYⅢ型主动脉夹层可能为多种因素共同作用的结果，经内科药物强化治疗，同时行TEVAR及加强血液透析，可得到有效控制。Objective To study the reasons and processing in patients with developed uremia aortic dissecting. Methods With regard to the 4 cases were nearly three years and all kinds of domestic and foreign journals 12 in 16 cases were reviewed. Results After medical treatment intensification drugs to control blood pressure and heart rate, TEVAR, strengthen blood dialysis treatment such as improved, ld cases, recurrence in 1, and death in 1. Conclusion Uremia merger may for aortic dissection many factors results, acute period the drug thera- py intensification and strengthen internal hemodialysis, illness can be controlled effectively.
