摘 要:本文通过环氧树脂和丙烯酸为原料反应合成了环氧丙烯酸树脂(EA),然后用硅烷偶联剂3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)对其进行改性,得到可紫外光固化的有机硅耐磨透明涂层,并对涂层的各种性能进行了测试,如硬度测试、附着力测试和耐磨性能测试等。结果表明,相比未涂覆的有机玻璃基材,涂覆后的有机玻璃基材的表面硬度和透光率均有所增加,且随硅烷偶联剂含量的增加而有所提高。对耐磨涂层的热稳定性也进行了研究,结果发现,改性后的环氧丙烯酸树脂的热稳定性要明显好于未改性的。UV-curable epoxy acrylate resin(EA)was synthesized by the reaction of epoxy resin with acrylic acid.The resulting EA was copolymerized with 3-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxysilane(MPS)as a coupling agent under UV irradiation to obtain the scratch-resistant coating.The prepared UV-curable,hard and transparent coatings were tested by various methods such as hardness test,tape adhesion test and scratch resistance test.Results obtained from these investigations showed that the properties of the coatings were improved with the increase in the content of silane coupling agent.Thermal behavior of the coatings was also studied and it was found that the thermal stability of coatings was improved by the incorporation of siloxane.
