摘  要:陶瓷抛光砖废料(PCTW)是抛光砖生产过程中产生的一种工业废弃物,本文证实了PCTW具有相当的火山灰活性,可以用来制备非蒸压加气混凝土(NAAC)。为尽量多地消耗PCTW而获得高性能NAAC,本文研究了一系列制备工艺参数(如水料比、PCTW掺量、铝粉掺量以及初始水温)对NAAC干密度和抗压强度的影响。根据最高比抗压强度(PCS)原则得出NAAC最佳制备工艺参数为:水泥14%(重量百分数,下同);PCTW 30%;粉煤灰(FA)35%;生石灰18%;石膏3%;铝粉0.09%;水料比0.56;初始水温55℃~60℃。通过比较,采用最佳工艺参数制备的NAAC完全可以达到国家标准的性能要求。羟钙石、托勃莫来石和CSH(Ⅰ)相互交织在一起形成NAAC的微观结构。Polishing ceramic tile waste(PCTW)is an industrial waste from the manufacture of polishing ceramic tile.PCTW,in our work,was confirmed to have enough pozzolanic activity to prepare the non-autoclaved aerated concrete(NAAC).To obtain high-performance NAAC consuming as much PCTW as possible,a series of technological parameters,such as water to solid ratio,PCTW content,aluminum powder content,and initial water temperature were investigated based on the dry density and compressive strength of the NAAC.The optimal preparation parameters were drawn according to the principle of highest proportional compressive strength(PCS):cement 14%(mass percent,the same below),PCTW 30%,fly ash(FA)35%,quick lime 18%,gypsum 3%,aluminum powder 0.09%,water to solid 0.56,initial water temperature 55℃ ~ 60℃.By comparison,performances of the NAAC using the optimal preparation parameters fully met the requirements of national standard.The NAAC had a micro structure with portlandite,tobermorite,and CSH(Ⅰ)intertwining with each other.
