摘  要:为研究"U"型钢支架搭接处力学性能,通过室内实验和ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件模拟研究29"U"型钢支架搭接处卡缆在不同预紧情况下,支架的初始工作阻力及其轴向承载能力变化规律及特征;同时研究搭接处的受力、变形和缩动特性.研究结果表明:当螺母的预紧扭力增大时,支架的初始工作阻力、相对平稳期轴向承载能力和解除预紧的扭力都增大;"U"型钢支架搭接处轴向承载力不稳定,发生间歇性骤降,卡缆螺杆发生突然错动,支架的收缩性能不稳定;卡缆螺杆发生严重偏斜,造成螺杆超过抗拉强度发生断裂,导致搭接处卡缆失去作用,影响整个支架的完整性、稳定性和承载能力,影响煤矿安全生产.这对改善"U"型钢支架搭接处的搭接形式和接触方式具有一定的指导意义.In order to study the mechanical properties of U-shaped steel stent overlap part, this paper researched the variation and characteristics of the stent's initial working resistance and the axial load carrying capacity when the clamp of U-shaped steel stent overlap part is in the condition of different pre-tightening load through laboratory experiments and finite element sottware ABAQUS/EXPLICIT simulation. At the same time, this paper studied the characteristics of stress, deformation and contraction. The results show that the~ initial working resistance, the relatively stable axial load carrying capacity and the torque of relieving the pre-tightening load increase with the increase of the nut pre-tightening torque; the axial load carrying capacity of U-shaped steel stent overlap part is unstable and intermittently dips, and the clamp screw occurs suddenly dislocation and the stent's contraction performance is unstable; the clamp screw occurs seriously skew, which results in the screw exceeds tensile strength to fracture and leads the overlap screw can not work. All the above will affect the integrity, stability and load carrying capacity of the entire stent, then affect the safety of coal mine production. It is of certain guiding significance to improve the overlap form and contact way of the U-shaped steel stent overlap part.
