2013年奶业主产区运行发展分析

摘　　要：笔者在回顾2013年河北省、内蒙古自治区、黑龙江省、河南省、山东省、陕西省等奶业主产区发展运行情况的基础上,结合典型调研和统计数据,对生鲜乳减产、原奶价格上涨、乳制品产品结构调整等问题进行了研究。结果表明:此轮奶业产能和产品调整,短期内表现为奶源不足、奶价持续上涨,影响正常的生产和市场秩序,但长期有利于生产结构优化,实现产业转型升级;"家庭农场"作为奶牛标准化规模养殖发展的模式之一,虽有诸多优点,但受制于目前国内奶牛养殖行业人力资本、市场环境以及产业组织化水平等现状,形成真正意义上的现代化奶牛养殖家庭农场还需多个领域的深层次调整。Based on reviewing the development and running conditions of the main producing areas in dairy industry, including Hebei province, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Heilongjiang province, Henan province, Shandong province, Shaanxi province and son on in 2013, the re- duction of raw milk, rising raw milk prices, structural adjustment of dairy products and other problems were studied combining with the typical survey and statistical data. The results showed that the adjustments of production capacity and dairy products of the current round presented the shortage of milk source and continuously rising prices of milk in a short term, affecting the normal production and market order. However, the adjustments were conducive to optimization of production structure in a long term, realizing the transfer and upgrading of dairy industry. As a pattern of standardized -scale dairy fanning development, Family farm＇had many advantages, but it was subject to the current status of human capital, market circumstances, the level of industry organization and son on of dairy farmin~ in China. The deep adjustments in many fields were needed for forming a true sense of modern dairy - farming family ranch.
