摘　　要：为了研究影响兰坪乌骨绵羊超数排卵效果的因素,试验选择兰坪乌骨绵羊30只,随机分为A组、B组,每组15只,分别注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)100,200 IU,并使用促卵泡激素(FSH)减量注射法进行超数排卵处理,测定其黄体数、回收胚胎数和可用胚胎数。结果表明:黄体数、回收胚胎数、可用胚胎数A组与B组之间差异不显著(Ρ>0.05)。说明不同剂量PMSG对兰坪乌骨绵羊超数排卵效果无显著影响(Ρ>0.05)。To study the factors influencing the superovulation effect in Lanping black - bone sheep, thirty Lanping black bone sheep were select- ed and randomly divided into group A and group B of 15 sheep each. Tile two groups were injected with 100 and 200 IU of pregnant mare serum gonadotropin （PMSG）, and the method of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） reduction injection was used for treating superovulation to deter- mine the numbers of corpora lutea, recovered embryos, and available embryos. The results showed that there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ） in the numbers of corpora lutea, recovered embryos, and available embryos between group A and group B. The results indicate that different doses of PMSG have no significant impact （ P 〉 0. 05 ） on the superovulation effect in Lanping black - bone sheep.
