摘　　要：目的总结和评价现有临床试验中八段锦应用于冠心病患者心脏康复的疗效。方法检索至2015年6月为止发表的八段锦应用于冠心病患者康复的随机对照试验。以"八段锦""冠心病""冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病""心脏""康复"为检索词,检索包括Pub Med、Web of science、The Cochrane library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方7个数据库,不受语种限制,对纳入的随机对照试验的质量进行改良的Jadad评分。结果研究共纳入3个随机对照试验,这些试验显示了八段锦在缓解心绞痛症状及改善生活质量等方面的作用。结论现有的证据表明,八段锦有希望作为心脏康复的运动处方一个可选方案,给冠心病患者带来一定的获益,但仍需要更多大规模、多中心、高质量的研究支持。Objective To summarize and evaluate the available evidence from randomized controlled clinical trials（ RCTs） of baduanjin exercise for patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods Databases were searched up to June 2015 with the terms baduanjin,ba duan jin,eight section brocades,cardiac,heart,coronary,myocardial,in the title,abstract,or key words. No language restrictions were imposed. The quality and validity of RCTs were evaluated using the Jadad Scale. Results Three RCTs met the inclusion criteria. These studies examined the effectiveness of baduanjin exercise for patients with CHD and demonstrated limited favorable effects of improving the quality of life and easing the angina. Conclusions The existing evidence suggests that baduanjin exercise is hopeful to benefit the patients with CHD as a kind of rehabilitation programs. More researches are needed to prove the effectiveness of baduanjin for CHD.
