摘　　要：白细胞介素-27(IL-27)是新近发现的细胞因子,在众多呼吸系统疾病如支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核、肺部肿瘤等中均有参与其中并能够影响疾病的发展,同时也是呼吸系统疾病中治疗潜在的目标或方案。研究表明,IL-27水平在呼吸系统疾病中都有各种程度的改变,影响IL-27表达也是呼吸系统疾病的潜在治疗目的。在未来的呼吸系统疾病中,基因治疗、免疫治疗可能成为治疗过程中的重要环节,有较为广阔的治疗前景。IL-27 is a newly discovered cytokine,in many respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,tuberculosis,lung cancer and so on are involved in it and can affect the development of the disease,it is also the respiratory system disease treatment in the potential target or plan. Retrieval in recent years the domestic and foreign literature about IL-27,and then introduce the research progress of the fuction of Interleukin-27 in the respiratory system disease.
