摘  要:目的通过对某院2014年危急值管理的缺陷情况进行统计分析并提出对策,为提高医院应对危急值能力提供参考。方法对某院实施信息化管理前的2014年7月-12月检验危急值报告数据5647次,2015年1月-6月实施信息化管理后检验危急值报告数据5553次,分别进行质控检查及统计软件处理,计数资料应用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果改进前危急值报告数5647例,其中有缺陷891例,缺陷率为15.78%,检查改进后危急值报告数5553例,有缺陷209例,缺陷率为2.40%,缺陷例数明显减少(χ2=384.47464,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。结论以提高信息化水平为切入点,通过建立危急值信息化管理平台,从而落实危急值报告管理流程和监管责任,切实有效提高医疗质量。Objective To analyze the defects of critical value management in 2014 in a hospital and put forwardcountermeasures, to provide the reference for improving ability to cope with critical value. Methods 5647 times tests critical value reporting data before implementing informatization management(July to December, 2014) and 5553 times tests critical value reporting data after implementing informatization management(January to June, 2015) were carried out quality inspection and statistical software processing, respectively, P〈0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results There were 5647 cases before the improvement, of which there are defects in 891 cases, the defect rate is 15.78%. There were 5553 cases after the improvement, of which there are defects in 209 cases, the defect rate is 2.40%. The defects were obviously reduced, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion To improve informatization level as the breakthrough point, through the establishment of critical value of information management platform, carries out the critical value report management processes and regulatory responsibilities, effectively improve the quality of medical treatment.
