摘  要:目的:观察髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)对脓毒症小鼠肝脏是否有保护作用。方法:采用经典的盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)制作脓毒症模型,CLP术后尾静脉注射MDSCs,术后7 d对比假手术组和CLP组MDSCs在肝脏中的变化。结果:在假手术组和CLP组,MDSCs在小鼠肝脏中不断聚集,并且CLP组MDSCs的升高的比例较假手术组高(P<0.05),MDSCs可降低肝脏炎症指标(AST和ALT)。结论:MDSCs可减轻脓毒症小鼠的肝损伤,为脓毒症引发的肝损伤提供新的治疗方法。Objective:To investigate whether myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) have a protective effect in sepsis-induced liver injury. Methods:In order to induce polymicrobial sepsis,the model of caecal ligation and puncture(CLP) was performed in mice. Firstly, The changes of MDSCs in liver at seventh day after the operation were studied. Secondly, In order to observe the influence of MDSCs on the liver, MDSCs were injected into caudal vein of mice after CLP. Results:MDSCs accumulated in livers. The proportion of MDSCs in mice which was performed CLP was significantly higher than that in mice which was performed sham operation. MDSCs could decrease the level of AST and ALT. Conclusion:MDSCs may attenuate the liver injury of sepsis. It may provide a new direction for the treatment of sepsis-induced liver injury.
