摘　　要：介绍了HFW焊管焊缝探伤原理,分析了焊管内毛刺清除过程中出现的刮偏、刮深、刮浅等问题的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法,有效保证了焊管质量,提高了产品成材率。Flaw detection principle of welding joints in HFW welded pipe was introduced,and the causes of partial scraping,deep scraping,shallow scraping in burr removal process of the welded pipe were analyzed,corresponding solutions were proposed and carried out,the quality of welded pipe was effectively guaranteed and product yield was improved.
