摘　　要：阐述了大型石化企业能源管理系统的主要功能。通过分析一些国外石化企业能源管理体系的应用效果,得到中国石化企业在能源管理建设方面的启示。根据中国石化企业能源管理的现状和需求,提出了一种基于设备级、过程级、系统级的能源管理方法,建立了集能源供应、转换、输配、消耗于一体的综合能源管理系统,降低了企业经营成本和能源消耗,提高了石化企业整体竞争力。The main functions of the energy management system of large scale petrochemical enterprises are expounded. By analyzing the application effects of energy management architecture in some foreign petrochemical enterprises,the enlightenment about energy management of petrochemical enterprises in China are gained. According to the current status and needs for energy management of Chinese petrochemical enterprises,the method based on device level,process level and system level is proposed,the energy management system integrating energy supply,conversion,transmission and distribution is built,and operating costs and energy consumption of enterprise are reduced,the overall competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises are improved.
