固体水分测量仪在预干燥装置中的应用

摘　　要：在煤化工中,煤粉水分含量的测量十分重要。目前,煤粉水分测量以手动分析居多,而手动分析具有实时性差、操作过程不宜把握等缺点。对固体水分测量仪在预干燥装置中的应用进行了研究,通过分析固体水分测量仪的工作原理及其特点,介绍了固体水分测量仪在预干燥装置中的应用情况。研究表明,固体水分测量仪维护量低、测量精度高、反应速度快、稳定性高,对预干燥装置的应用具有一定的推广意义。The measurement of moisture content in coal powder is very important for coal chemical industry. At present, the measurement is mostly analyzed manually, so the real time performance is poor, and the operation procedure is difficult to ensure. The application of the tester for moisture content in solid for pre- drying unit is researched,through analyzing the working principle and features of the tester; the application situation of the tester is introduced. The research shows that the tester features low maintenance ,high measurement accuracy ,fast response speed and high stability and has certain promoting significance for in pre - drying unit.
