摘 要:针对当前有缆海洋深潜器承重头不能在极端情况时抛弃深潜器从而保护铠装复合缆的的缺陷,提出一种新型承重头结构。新机构动力源为电机,经过V带和丝杆螺母的传动将螺纹传动销轴旋出承重头,使承重头断开来保护铠装复合缆。运用有限元技术进行结构分析,结果表明正常工作时承重头的最小安全系数为2.5445,最大变形为0.01325 mm,完全满足承重头的自保护性能,为我国有缆深海潜器的发展提供一种新思路。Considering the defect of weight-bearing head of deep diving equipment with cable now,that weightbearing head can not abandon deep diving equipment to protect armoured composite cable in extreme cases,a new type of weight-bearing head structure is put forward in this paper. A motor is the power source of the new apparatus.Threaded drive is pinned out of the weight-bearing head through transmission of V belt and screw nut mechanism. The weight-bearing head is separated and then armoured composite cable is protected. Using the finite element technique to analysis of the new structure of weight-bearing head. As a result,the minimum safety factor is 2.5445,the maximum deformation is 0.01325 mm when the new machine in normal work. It completely meets the current self-protection performance of weight-bearing head,and provides a new mentality for the development of cable deep-sea diving apparatus of our country also.
