摘　　要：选定国内7个邮轮业发达的地区进行比较、分类,通过构建邮轮旅游竞争力指标体系,采用主成分分析法、聚类分析法准确分析国内邮轮旅游竞争力水平,找准影响邮轮旅游竞争力的关键因素,并提出建议:抓住关键因素,全面提升竞争力;找准竞争优势,明确自身定位;转变劣势,均衡发展,以推动国内邮轮竞争力提升。After constructing the cruise tourism competitiveness index system,the selected 7 domestic cruise areas have been compared and classified by principal component analysis and cluster analysis to know China＇s current domestic cruise development level and the key factor to it. At last,the article makes suggestions,such as,finding the key factor and competitive advantage,making clear positioning,eliminating disadvantage and pushing balanced development to promote the cruise tourism competitiveness.
